Over the course of my journey, I've been fortunate to facilitate over 2,000 1031 exchanges, helping real estate investors navigate complex landscapes. In addition, my wife and I are the owners of Next Door Photos San Diego, a real estate media business that combines my passion for visual storytelling with industry expertise.
