Kurt Iuli-kinsey

Over the past 35 years, Kurt Iuli-Kinsey has been an invaluable support to countless first time home buyers, retirees, military personnel, friends and neighbors as they make important real estate decisions. A graduate from the Realtors Institute and a Guild member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Kurt has consistently been listed in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide since 1990. Growing up a second generation Realtor, Kurt learned the ropes from his father as he navigated some of the toughest economic markets in real estate. Kurt witnessed his father overcome many challenges and even rebuild his wealth after tremendous loss. Kurt draws upon these valuable lessons which have helped him become the successful Realtor he is. Kurt served as the President for the Muirlands Middle School Foundation for the past 2 years and is moving on to become a director for the La Jolla High School Foundation. He also serves as the president for the Barber Tract Neighborhood Association, a historic community in La Jolla. Kurt finds joy in sharing the rich history and diversity of La Jolla and especially enjoys promoting local businesses through his La Jollas' Man About Town YouTube channel.
