Jennifer Hegemier

Jenn Hegemier is an attorney licensed since 1995 who decided in 2013 to try a different approach to helping people. Having traveled internationally utilizing home swaps, she realized the value of vacation homes over hotel stays and decided to test her skills as a property manager of luxury vacation homes. Starting with self-renting her own La Jolla home, she quickly gained traction. She started her own boutique management company, connecting with Luxury Retreats (now Airbnb Luxe) and the highest-producing realtors to offer guests over 25 of San Diego’s most beautiful properties from Encinitas to Coronado. Jenn focuses on matching the perfect home for the right guest, providing personal attention to both guest and homeowner, and strives to make vacation planning seamless and stress-free from beginning to departure. A native to La Jolla, Jenn appreciates growing up in one of the world’s most sought-after vacation spots.
