I have been selling real estate since 1977 primarily in North S.D. County and the Rancho Santa Fe area. I partner with my sister Heather Manion and we work as "Team Manion" along with a few other very talented team members. Thirty years ago I had my own real estate company called Rancho Santa Fe Realty. At that time I believe the Purchase Contract was only two pages, plus you did many deals with just a handshake or a signed napkin! Over time I realized it was best to work with a globally recognized and respected real estate firm, and now my shingle is hanging with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. I look forward to being a part of the REBA family again.
