He has assisted hundreds of investors in evaluating their real estate investments and consulted on deals ranging from $100k to $100m. He regularly educates broker partners and is the go-to 1031 consultant for some of the country’s largest and most prominent real estate investors and firms, along with their legal, tax and financial advisors. He is now VP of Business Development with 1031 Specialists, a national 1031 firm that accommodates 1031 exchanges across the country.
